Privacy policy
This policy explains what information Source Motive ("we") collects through this website and how we use it. It covers the details you give us when you book a call, and the visitor identification we use to understand which companies visit the site.
What we collect
When you fill in the booking form, we collect:
- your name and work email address
- your company website
- your team size
- the challenges you select, and anything you choose to add
When you book a time, the scheduling service also records the booking details you enter there.
Visitor identification
We use RB2B, a website visitor identification service, to understand which companies and professionals visit this website. RB2B only identifies visitors located in the United States. For those visits, RB2B may share professional details with us, such as your name, job title, company and professional profile, along with the pages you viewed.
This website does not load RB2B for visitors whose device is set to a European time zone. RB2B processes this information under its own privacy policy.
How we use it
We use the details you give us to prepare for our call, to contact you about your booking, and to follow up on the conversation. We use visitor identification to understand who is interested in our services, and we may contact identified visitors about how we could help. We don't sell your information.
Services we use

- Cal.com: handles scheduling and booking confirmations, with invites sent through Google Calendar and Google Meet.
- RB2B: identifies visitors from the United States, as described above.

These providers process data under their own privacy policies. Cal.com may use cookies that are needed for scheduling to work, and RB2B uses cookies or similar technology to recognize visits.
How long we keep it
We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by law.
